Measuring Guide
BODY MEASUREMENT GUIDE (IN/CM)
To achieve the most accurate fit, please follow these guidelines carefully.
Instructions

Use a soft measuring tape.

Stand upright yet relaxed.

Take all measurements in centimeters (cm).

Measure over light clothing or underwear.

Whenever possible, have someone assist you.
1. Wrist
Measure around the narrowest part of your wrist bone.
2. Forearm
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your forearm, between your wrist and elbow.
3. Bicep
With your arm slightly bent, measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.
4. Neck
Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would naturally sit.
5. Chest
Place the measuring tape just under your armpits and measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
6. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, just above your belly button.
7. Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
8. Thigh
Measure 10 cm below the crotch point around the widest part of your thigh.
9. Knee
Measure around the center of your kneecap.
10. Calf
Wrap the measuring tape 10 cm below the knee around the widest part of your calf.
11. Ankle
Measure around your ankle bone.
12. Shoulder Width
Measure across your back from one shoulder bone to the other.
13. Back Length
Measure from the base of your neck down to your natural waistline.
14. Elbow to Wrist
With your arm slightly bent, measure from the tip of your elbow down to your wrist bone.
15. Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder bone down to the wrist, following the outside of your arm.
16. Knee to Ankle
Measure from the middle of your knee down to the ankle bone.
17. Waist to Knee
Measure vertically from your waistline down to your knee.
18. Side Length
Measure from your waistline straight down to your ankle bone.
19. Inside Leg (Inseam)
Measure from the crotch point straight down to the ankle bone.
20. Total Length
Measure from the base of your neck straight down to your ankle.
21. Shoulder (Neck to Shoulder)
Measure from the base of your neck to the outer edge of your shoulder bone.
22. Weight
Record your current body weight in kilograms (kg).
23. Age
Enter your age in years.
24. Torso
Start at the front base of your neck, run the measuring tape down through the crotch, and up to the same point at the back of your neck, following the body’s natural curve.
