Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Returned with all original packaging, protective elements, and tags intact.

Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear not caused by Costur.
Costur reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Damaged or Uncomfortable Suits
If you receive a suit that is damaged or proves uncomfortable due to a production error, you are entitled to one of the following options:

Full Refund: A 100% refund issued in acknowledgment of our mistake.

Exchange (Recommended): A replacement suit dispatched within 4-5 business days, at no additional shipping cost, with priority in our fulfillment queue.
Non-Refundable Items
Selecting the correct size is essential to ensure a perfect fit.

We strongly advise reviewing our Size Guide carefully and ensuring accurate body measurements prior to completing your order.

Personalized or customized suits are also non-refundable, as they are crafted exclusively to your specifications.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or model is not available, a refund will be processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
